Worst service department ever
I took my 2012 Hyundai here for a recall on the engine. They try to upsell me over $900 currently I'm on SSDI and cannot afford all this. When I turned it down all of a sudden there's all kinds of work not getting done. Started out they tried to charge me $250 to look at the vehicle even though it was a recall which Extended Warranty company said they can't do. Then no manager would call me back they've had my vehicle still to this day since the first week of July. Robert a regional manager that says he's like corporate was not much better. Apparently they needed a second engine the first one wasn't working. Then they try to charge me for a new battery because in their care of my battery no longer worked. An app today the 17th I still have no vehicle and getting no help. I should be compensated for something they should do some of the work for free I inform them. Or give me the money back I've spent in all the gas money for other people that's had to take me to all my doctor appointments and Ubers. This is turned out to be the worst experience. I've had to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office. I hope the owner gets involved. Because at this point I'm going to make it known about this dealership what they are doing to women.
