Personal apology and explanation from Service Manager was unexpected and appreciated.
Ronald Oubre, Service Manager, personally called me, apologized, and explained in depth the problems associated with the difficulties I experienced. That was unexpected and shows real class. Thank you, Mr. Oubre.

Waited 3 weeks for work to be performed. Personnel did not call when car was ready. I called and was told 'It will be ready today" this after not hearing for 2 weeks.
Horrible experience. I had to wait 3 weeks for completion.
