Watch your paperwork
These guys are good at hiding fees in the paperwork my 19,000$ car was 27,000+ they tried to add on a warranty that we never talked about. And still added in almost 2000$ over the deal. They refunded some but not all. I wonder what the Louisiana dept of revenue would think of the 95$ sales tax that they never refunded. Don't buy here.

Car Salesman Mr. West
MR. WEST called me and asked me if I was still interested in buying a car. As soon as I said No he hung the phone up. I than called him back I asked him if he thought that was rude. He than said in a rude way whatever and hung up. I than called the car dealership and spoke to the customer service rep. I asked her what was Mr. West position she than told me he was a car salesman. I than asked her who was the GM and if he was available. She told me he was not available. I than asked for a manager she than got real quit and than said no one is available and hung up the phone. Than I thought I was being punked. My co-worker said this is unbelievable. So I than called back several times but did not get an answer. I than used my co-worker's phone. She answered I told her if she did not want to be involved in this complaint she needed to call a manager to the phone. She than called a person who said he was the GSM. I tried to explain everything that had occurred, but he was more interested in talking about where my husband worked. I had to tell him that was not important. I have dealt with many car dealerships and never experience this. What I have learned through this ordeal is that MR. WEST is a SORE LOSER. He needs to know that being a car salesman you win some and you lose some.

Car Salesman Mr. West
MR. WEST called me and asked me if I was still interested in buying a car. As soon as I said No he hung the phone up. I than called him back I asked him if he thought that was rude. Waited 3 weeks for work to be performed. Personnel did not call when car was ready. I called and was told 'It will be ready today" this after not hearing for 2 weeks.
Horrible experience. I had to wait 3 weeks for completion.

Worth the Drive
I usually use the Hyundai in Metairie. Never again! I was able to schedule an appointment at Eddie Tourelle’s within a day or so. They were very accommodating. Communication was great! Service was fast!

Love my car, but not the service.
Purchased a 2021 Hyundai Sonata brand new in 2020 right off their lot. In less than a year the check engine light came on. I brought it in and was told it was the thermostat sensor. I was told “you can drive the car but if the car starts to overheat, pull over on the side of the road and give us a call”. That’s exactly what I wanted to happen, especially going 70 down an interstate. But I let it slide. 3-4 weeks later the part was fixed. I went to pick the car up and when I arrived, two girls were working the counter. I told them I was there to get my car. They proceeded to tell me “we don’t have a car for you here”. Mind you my car was sitting in the parking lot. I had to give the girls the tag number on my cars mirror and ask them to find the keys. They went looking, come back and said “we can’t find keys here for you”. They called someone and they didn’t know where my keys were. I saw my keys sitting on the managers desk and had to ask them to please go get them. Terrible. I let this slide and continued to use them. I called last Monday to schedule an oil change. Robert said he put me down for Saturday. I get in my car on Friday and the heater doesn’t work. I called up to Hyundai to inform them and asked if they could also look at the heater when servicing the oil change. The girl that answered the phone informed me they didn’t have me at all in the computer for the oil change. She transferred me to Robert and he told me he had me on his list because they were overbooked and not to worry. I took the car in Saturday and they called to tell me they had changed the oil and their was a recall on the car and they hadn’t touched the heater yet. Three hours later they call back. Inform me that they have blown the lines out and applied pressure to the lines and couldn’t figure out what the problem was. They had put a call into Hyundai’s engineers and for me to come get the car. So picture this, 32 degrees outside on a Monday morning, no heat to defrost your windows in a practically brand new car that you are still paying a note on. No call from Hyundai on Monday to let me know what they were doing to repair my car. I called Hyundai Corp and the representative asks if I had the car in my possession. I tell her yes, she says the car shouldn’t have left the lot if it wasn’t repaired. Go figure. She informed me to move the car to another Hyundai dealership. Gladly. Two Hyundai’s purchased off of this lot and nothing but poor customer service. If this is how you treat the one’s who buy brand new, I question how you treat your used car customers.

I consider it as investing in increasing the longevity of my ride.

The ROI possible on this sturdy line of vehicles makes preventative maintenance crucial - and I trust Eddie T’s service department!!
