Waited 0ver 3 hours and was charged $600 for Labor which actually took 2 hours
I took my Hyundai 2014 in today for service. I was promptly greeted by Cindy and my car went back right away. I was never told my text messages would update me on the status of my vehicle ( #1). So I did not answer right away. When I did, they found 6-7 things they wanted to do to my vehicle which I promptly replied DECLINE- they even told me I had no tread on 4 of my tires and I stopped at my tire dealer on the way home and he said they were absolutely fine. I had over 30,000 miles left on them. When I only replied accept to the problem I came in with, they told me it would take almost 3 hours service. I had already been there 1.5 hours before they even started to work on it. Ended up costing me a whooping $600 for SERVICE which only took them less than 2 hours because I waited 1.5 before they even started, and the two parts were $86.32. So my bill when I left 3 hours after I got there was 732.00. I will never return to this dealership for any type of service on my vehicle. I am sorry, but $600 for 2 hours of labor is absolutely insane.
