The car buying process was fine, but getting service has been a nightmare. They promised we would be part of the family and a luxury experience, but it has been anything but. Long lead times to get appointments then today they claimed I did not have an appointment for my Auto Butler. It was an add-on, but they do not have the capacity to provide the service. While I like the car, the service issues have made me wish I had gone with a more established brand.
