I bought a 2022 GV80 last year. Had no issues till about a week ago. While driving the engine RPM will drop to 1000. There is no gas pedal response. I get a Malunction indicator light and immobilizer indicator light. While this is going on it will shift to neutral all by itself. I have to put over a d come to a stop. Put it in park and it will start. I called Genesis of chandler yesterday cause it happened 3 times. I was told maybe we can get you in August. I said no problem cause if it happens again I will call and have it towed to the dealership. I was told they are not accepting emergency at this time. Today I was in the area to see what can be done. Was told the same thing. I have appointment Aug 10th. Well driving on the freeway doing 75 today it happened again and was lucky I was not rear ended. I have been calling 5 times to tell them what happened and no response. This is a major safety issue and should be taken care of. I will never get another car from this dealership.
