I want to leave an honest review. This dealership was the worst to deal with; communication was a major hassle for me. It’s safe to say that when they are trying to sell you a vehicle, their communication is excellent. However, once you purchase the vehicle, things seem to go downhill, and you no longer feel like a priority.
My salesperson was not terrible, but one thing that really upset me was when I stopped calling his personal phone and instead called the dealership, asking to speak with a manager. My salesperson pretended to be the manager, and that did not sit right with me because I know his voice—he is the one who sold me the vehicle. Then I called the adviser back on his cell phone and asked to speak to a manager, and he pretended to press numbers on his personal phone, acting like it was a landline being transferred. I repeatedly tried calling the title and plate representative, but he refused to answer my calls or provide me with information regarding documents that had my name on them. I found that very unprofessional and frustrating. I will not return to this business. I recommend going to a real dealership. I ended up having to buy all items they promised to provide.
