I cannot begin to describe how disappointed I have been with the service at DuPage Transmission. I brought my car in to have the timing belt, water pump, and thermostat replaced. The thermostat they used turned out to be defective. However, they still charged me full price to replace it. This wasn't the worst part of my experience, though. The timing belt broke after less than 12,000 miles, destroying the car engine. The shop owner said they would take a look at it, but he never followed through and ended up walking away from the problem. I had to total the car, effectively costing me thousands of dollars. I would avoid this business at all costs, if you value your pocketbook and sanity.
