I really appreciate the local pick up option! I work from home, so I can get an oil change while I'm working and I'm available to provide the keys when the person gets here to take my car. My only critique is that they don't wear a uniform or provide ID when asking for the keys (no way to confirm it's someone from County Line). Other than that, great service!
