My dremel 3000 konked out after about 15 months of us. I contacted the facility to see if I could purchase just the dremel (no extras), either new or rebuilt. I was told to send it in with receipt and they would repair the dremel. I couldn't find the receipt and sent it in anyway. Within 10 days, I received it back in good working order. No charge.
This is unheard of in this day and age. Great customer service.
