Terrible
The sales manager, Joe, was condescending, rude and combative. My husband really wanted a truck they had for sale, so we got it - against my better judgment. The finance person was unfriendly and didn't introduce himself. Days later we received an automated email from the owner asking us to take a survey about our experience - only there was no link. We bought the car on a Friday and had to buy a new battery Sunday. I recommend you search for a vehicle anywhere but here.

Above & Beyond Our Expectations
My wife and I are thrilled with our brand new 2024 Tucson AWD Hybrid SEL that we recently leased from Hyundai at Hickory Hollow! The entire experience…our initial meeting, discussing our needs & budget, test driving the car, negotiating a deal (they saved us $1000’s over another Hyundai dealer’s offer), completing the financial paperwork, turning over our expiring leased car, and receiving help getting familiar with the new car, was our best experience EVER for buying or leasing a car!!! Joseph, our salesman, even had a huge red bow on the car when we arrived!!! Everyone we dealt with throughout the process …Joseph the car salesman, Tim the general manager and Joe the finance guy, were all wonderful to work with and always had our best interests in mind! I fully recommend that you visit the folks at Hyundai of Hickory Hollow (formerly Downtown Nashville Hyundai) if you’re in the market to buy or lease a new car!

Horrendous
This place is terrible, from the sales, to financing, to service all the way to MANAGEMENT which is the absolute WORST. Please shop anywhere but here. Terry is terrible, Johnny is awful and worst of all- is the "manager" Emerson. They are crooks- shady and untruthful. And, if you ever need "service" that is even worse! They have no idea what to do to a car outside of an oil change.

Sold me a broken vehicle, that was supposed to be certified. The cleaning was poor at best.

2 different experiences within a couple days with 2 different sales reps.
I’ve met with 2 sales people so far and one is worse than the other. Terry was impatient, disrespectful and wouldn’t listen to the customer. While on the road test, he wouldn’t even engage about the information of the vehicle. Instead he was talking a put liquor. They wanted to charge me $1500 for “premier defense” coating. Just another way to add extra charges. When I asked him to show me documentation proving the $1500 coating was done, he said he can’t prove it and won’t show it. He wouldn’t let me, the customer, talk or ask my questions properly. He got very impatient and started raising his voice and said in an angry tone, “buddy you either want the car or you don’t.”

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional service I’ve experienced at a “professional” dealership so far. If disrespecting customers and running then off is part of the training, then they’re doing an excellent job. I’d rather go anywhere else than even get a free car from this dealership. Mind you I had told him I was going to pay cash for this vehicle. Less headache and less paperwork. Terry, Thanks for showing no respect or patient. It definitely helped me not waste one more moment with you or at the dealership.

Timely, Thorough, & Courteous
The team was able to get me in within a week of calling for an oil change, unlike other Hyundai dealerships in the area that were 6-8 weeks. Staff was thorough and courteous. Their facility is great for working while you wait and they will schedule a ride if you have another place to go.

Chris is THE MAN
I was blown away by the service that I received a couple weeks ago from Chris and his staff. I was trying to get out of town for a business trip and was having tire issues. I stopped by Downtown Hyundai with low hopes of anything being done within a couple hours. I WAS WRONG. Chris had me in and out in less than a hour and was extremely helpful with some questions I had regarding the vehicle since it was a new purchase 2 weeks earlier from an out of town dealership. I am all about customer service and Chris delivered. I am a fan and for sure will be a repeat customer.
