Very Dissapointed
We purchased a new 2022 Tucson Blue from Bessette motors in October 2022, we were unhappy with the vehicle and the mpg was way below what the sticker claimed. We very dissatisfied with the management, I had tried to reach out to them to call me more than once(On line, Left a message with their receptionist, asked my sales person to have the manager call me several times), they would not. Because of this, I would not recommend them. They could have at least called me(they still could)! We traded the car in at a different dealership in Bismarck. We lost about $4000 on the deal.

Sunshine needed her oil changed. She is a beautiful car and the staff treat her like a princess - she is a Glowing Yellow 2021 Hyundai Sonata and turns heads wherever she goes!

Don Bessette has great customer service when purchasing a vehicle, although you take your vehicle to get serviced and even with an appt, it’s a wait. Other than the long wait for an oil change everything is great.

Good morning, we would like to thgank you for your latest service with us. I have read through your survey and did some research with our records. I see that when you were here on July 7th we started on your service at 1:22PM and finished MPI, oil change, tire rotate, recall, and carwash at 2:18PM total time of 56 minutes. On Oct 25 performed MPI, oil change tire rotate, and carwash started at 1:31PM and finished at 2:32PM. Both of the times your appoitment was for 2PM which our schedule for those days were both full. The services that were performed usually take about an hour VS. a quick lube shop that only changes oil. Were sorry for the time you have to wait but we want to make sure everytime that a customer comes in for service that we are providing the services requested. The next time you come in you could request no carwash and that could speed up 10-15 minutes to save on your wait time. Thank you again for your time and we hope you have a great week!!!
