I had just had a one car accident that caused considerable damage to the majority of the left side of my SUV, including a flat left rear tire. I managed to drive the car to Divine's Conoco service station on
S Grand Blvd on the South Hill in Spokane, WA, where I normally get gas for my SUV and my wife's car. I wanted to see if I could get enough air in the tire to make it home. Pete Brownfield, the shop manager, had Joshoa take a look at the tire and he determined that it was not repairable and would not hold any air. Pete concurred and authorized Joshoa to replace the tire with the temporary small tire that came in the trunk well of my SUV. The whole process took at least 30 minutes from the time I pulled into the station. Pete and Joshoa were very nice to me during the time I was there. To my surprise, when I asked how much the charge would be for the service I had received, I was told there would be no charge! Truly a random act of kindness to me under the difficult time I had just experienced with my accident. I would give more stars if that was an option. My sincere thanks to both Pete and Joshoa.
