Spoke with Carolyn. She said they are great. They found some issues on the vehicle that they could fix, but there were others that they couldn't fix without taking a little more time. She appreciates their communication with all of that. They are very pleased, they got it done fast in one day. They are very knowledgeable with their work. They were very in tune with their situation.

Horrible experience!
My husband just got smacked in the face with a $1450.00 bill for an oil change, transmission fluid change and a fuel filter change! WTH! This is highway robbery. You cannot make sense of this. We will NEVER be back, it's over. Spend our money well because it's the last time you'll get any more money from us.

Dmitri said they provided details over his inspection. They found other things wrong with his vehicle. There was one problem they found where they offered a solution, which he incorporated into his vehicle but it didn't fix the issue.

Found issue the dealership didn’t alert me to
I accidentally got my truck buried in loose dirt that I had to get towed out of over a year ago. The dealership I’d been going to every 5k miles for services never told me my tie rod was loose. And Davis Diesel showed me the problem, so it wasn’t an issue of just taking them at their word. Will continue with Davis Diesel from now on. They are a little more expensive, but I believe they are actually looking at my truck.

Fixed a problem
Had a recurring problem (high idle no throttle response). It wasn't throwing codes, so they replaces a sensor as well as the batteries and it been working fine. They are very polite and have great knowledge of diesels. Michael was extremely helpful!

Very professional, polite, understanding
I felt like everyone understood the stress of my situation, no one likes to NEED a repair. Machine break down over time. I get my repairs early, I don’t wait until the truck needs to be towed. Still.. stressful. A big job this time. Mike seems to pick up on it, the job was done on time and done right. You guys have my business!

My truck needed an expert to look at it and diagnose it
The turbocharger went out on my truck and I had to have it replaced so I took it to Davis diesel and they were absolutely outstanding. They fixed the truck and now it's running great and they gave me some good advice to keep it running great and plus they're all around cool guys. When I do need to go in there I enjoy the conversation that I have with these guys. I highly recommend them
