So this is the second time I've had to write a one-star review about this place. I came in for simply an air check in the back it was early in the morning was not busy, I rode over that cord that is the Bell to let them know that I was in the back waiting for an air check. I waited and I waited and I honked and nobody even bothered to come out and look. Whenever I get air checks here I always give a tip well not today I drove off without my air being checked and this is really bad customer service for such a name brand company, and I've had better service at other Discount Tires no problem they are right on it but not this one in Poway
