Turns out my car died for good. Since I couldn't get it fixed, I was charged the diagostic fee. I did this over the phone and told him I had a coupon for 59.95. He said "no problem - I don't need to see the coupon" so I gave him my credit card information. Turns out he charged me the 95.00 anyway!! When I called back to talk to someone, I was told by whomever answered the phone that they were new and didn't know how to do a credit, but it would be taken care of. To this date - nothing. Over charged me 35.05. Other than THAT - everything went well! Weird thing - the manager ended up buying my vehicle from the person I gave it to for a downpayment on another car. He of coursee is no longer there now.
