The work was completed on time and even fixed a hard-to-find problem
I find the work performed, the comments on what was found or needed, to be honest and true. I spent several years at my dealer for needed service but at one point I wanted to get a second opinion, and returned to Direct Tire. That changed my whole outlook as it revealed what the dealer was NOT doing and lucky or me, things like engine mounts got fixed at Direct Tire. They found so many things that just pointed to their great work and effort to keep my car in great shape. I've been going back for all my service as they do it right and charge reasonably for taking the time to find some hidden issues. I can't say enough good things for the quality of work I get from Direct Tire.
