BEWARE-A MUST READ-POSSIBLE SHADY PRACTICES(AND THEY RIPOFF DISABLED MILITARY VETERANS)
REPORT IT! - If you have been the victim of shady, unethical, or possible illegal practices with D&C Motor Company, please contact the Oregon Attorney General and report it. Their callosal and widespread theft of your hard hard-earned money cannot be addressed if the appropriate offices are not aware of their gross neglect of the customer.
My story (making it short for you) - I purchased a Jeep. They listed 23k miles and it is a 2020 (still under power terrain warranty at the time). The Jeep didn't shift smoothly. Fast forward a few months: my Jeep sat at a local dealer for 30 days awaiting approval from Chrysler to do warranty repair on the transmission. It wasn't repaired under warranty because:
IT IS A CANADIAN JEEP. D&C MOTOR COMPANY DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS. I would not have purchased had I known. Chrysler will not repair under warranty even though it only has 15k miles (23k was kilometers) and 4 years old. Of course, D&C will not help with the $8K costs of repair.
BEWARE - they will respond to this and you will see false used-car-salesmen claims of "too long to notify, they tried to help, they didn't disclose because they didn't know."
They knew it was a Canadian Vehicle, of course they did. They knew it had transmission slippage. I've had it for 4 months and put approx. 1500 highway/to work miles on it.
If they didn't know of the transmission issue or the Canadian status, then they're incompetent or someone didn't do their job.

I've sent my letter to the Oregon Attorney General even though I am out of state.
This dealership brings back the term "used car salesman." In a time where inflation and PRICE GAUGING is rampant, the last thing we need are dealerships taking advantage of a commodity that we require to earn a living.
Disgusting dealership.... ***READ THE OTHER REVIEWS.***
