Terrible customer service
Zero stars If I could. Terrible communication from our service advisor. If we didn't call in we would never get an update. Escalated concerns to service manager and corporate. Neither cared, so this level of poor customer service is broadly accepted there. Asked for a rental and always told none available and no follow up contacts regarding availability as the vehicle was there for weeks for warranty repairs. They jump started the car when we went to pick it up without telling us, and without offering to sell us a battery. Once we left and stopped the vehicle it was dead again. When this was brought up to management again they had no concern. Never return to this business.
