This is an emotional response sent in response to the fact that you did not get confirmation from us first before quoting your own customer a price and a time line that you did not know could be kept. Because you dropped the ball on your customer does not bear any responsibility on our end. We are a very busy shop that keeps our own organization and schedule in our machine shop. You were made aware that our services were on a first come first served basis, and if that time line didn't serve your needs, you should have simply picked another machine shop. We accept no responsibilty for the false claims you've made about our service and hope you find another shop that can meet your needs in the future. The way we run our shop is our business and it works for us with our high volume of work load.
