Charged my daughter $1400 to replace BMW battery, issue bad connection when BMW dealer look at issue. DO not take your car here for repairs, they damaged her car when she brought it to Dave Friendly, scratch her front bumper. DO NOT TAKE your CAR to DAVE.
They maybe friendly but they are picking your pocket at the same time. Every time they fix my family cars they they fail within 5 miles so they never return to Dave Friendly for repairs they go back to the dealer. Charged my daughter $1400 for a BMW X5 battery.and the issue was a broken connection as diagnose by dealer. They are terrible as a repair shop, i dont know how they are still in business. I guess a sucker is born every day. I my case it was just convenience, but now i am back to the dealer. Dont take here car here for service you will regret it.
