They treat my car like a baby, if it had a diaper they would change it, first class auto repair, don’t go anywhere else, I’ve never experienced better service and nicer people.

They care about the car.
Rick's focus is on the car, and it's condition. Simple things like a screw in a tire can lead to addressing other concerns, because they know and care about the car. And it's not up-selling. It's about keeping the car working and reliable.

Excellent service
We normally have our cars serviced at Mavis. Only a couple of weeks ago, I had my oil changed at Mavis and told them to check my brakes. They said all 4 brakes are fine. A couple of days, I can start hearing noices from the front tires. Came to Rick Allen's to find out both front brakes pads and roters are in danger for driving. So we replaced them. NO MORE Mavis
