Front end alignment

Scheduled an appointment for a front end alignment for my 2004 F150 pickup because of the uneven tire wear. Had new tires with 1200 miles on them. They put it on the front end alignment rack and found a major problem. Both sides the upper and lower ball joints were wore to the point that I could not believe that I did not have a serious breakdown on the road. When I rotate the tires I always check to see if their is a problem with the ball joints and never found there to be a problem. thank God they found this and that I did not break down on the highway or worse than that have a front wheel collapse while going 70MPH. It scared the hell out of me when I saw the amount of play in the ball joints. Had them perform any and all repairs that were required and I left secure in the knowledge that my pickup was good to go. The costs of repair were reasonable, and considering the extreme wear on the ball joints any price would have been worth it. They did not take advantage of my extreme concern and charged me the appropriate rate! D. Wells is the greatest ever and if you want expert diagnosis of your vehicles problems or non problems definitely bring your vehicle to them for expert diagnosis and a resolution to your potential problems!
