Rip Off Artists
Avoid this shop at all costs. Rip off artists at work here. Charged us $28 per spark plug for a plug that retails for $12. Our car has 16 plugs, so that's a $250 over-charge. They initially insisted the price was correct, but later admitted their "mistake" and refunded some money, Also, their courtesy inspection is a joke. They totally missed that the car needed new brakes, causing us to have to service the brakes while we were 1700 miles from home. Maybe you will have a better experience. Roll the dice and find out.

Honesty
I can not say it enough. This is the most honest shop I have ever seen. They have saved me so much money on service and parts. They honor their warranties. This past week they even replaced the covered parts with OEM because they found the replacement one has not lived up to their standards. They didn't even charge me for the price difference. That is service and professional work. Thank you to everyone at the shop.

Great people and service!
From calling for an appointment to getting the car back, everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Friendly greeting, great service. Went in for an oil change and didn't need anything else - and they didn't push for anything else to be done. I knew my car didn't need anything else done, so was pleased not to get the service push. Oil change was done in a good amount of time. Sort of new to the area and nice to find people I can trust with my car.

Great experience
My first visit to D. Wells Automotive was just a couple of days ago to replace the battery in my car. I was impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism and when my car needs further work, which of course it eventually will, I will bring it back to D. Wells.

Awesome service and kind staff
I came in last minute not knowing what was wrong with my car. They made sure I had a loaner car so I could leave my car there with them overnight. The staff made sure that I both knew and understood all of the things that were causing the issues and explained it in ways that made sense. I love that they send over the inspection information via text so I only had to spend about 15 minutes on the phone authorizing the work and getting a price quote.
