My car came back looking better than new but it took nearly a month for them to fix a damaged front bumper and I couldn’t even drop my car off until almost 3 weeks after my accident due to availability. Thankfully my car was drivable so I didn’t need a rental until drop off and the other driver assumed liability so the rental was free to me, but it was concerning how long the repairs took considering the damage didn’t seem that extensive. It was never communicated to me clearly why everything took so long. Given the long lead time, the parts they needed had already arrived in time for drop off.
