Unbelievable crappy service
Took the vehicle for service after scheduling a d appoint with them, my leased Accent has only 16,000 miles and less than 2 years. The screen shuts off while driving, the reverse camera doesn't work, and several dash lights are on. Dropped the vehicle around 8am Friday 19th 2024 and never heard back. My wife called them around 3pm to get an update and they told they would need more time. Called again at 5 pm and the service department was already closed. After several calls I was able to contact a manager who requested Alex, service rep, to contact me. She called and explained the vehicle HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED, AND PROBABLY WONT BE TILL MONDAY, I TOLD YOUR WIFE AND SHE SAID IT WAS OK, SHE WAS HEARING The CALL Since I Got it on speaker, and my wife said No, she didn't told.me anything. Long story short I spent a PTO day at home for nothing, now I have to get back to work tomorrow Saturday and I don't have a car, meaning I will have to pay for Uber all weekend.
Why is the dealer so irresponsible that they don't care about they customers? The only solution I was able to get is to pick the car tomorrow morning and re-schedule the appointment. Really????

I was lied to
I came in to this dealership after talking with them on the phone several times and after many text messages. I told my sales person what my situation was and the car I wanted to look at was. I made it perfectly clear that if they could help me great and if not don't waste my time. I went in on Saturday look at and drive one car but was shown a totally different one. I was informed that this was the ONLY car that they would deal with me on. So I looked at it and drove it and I liked the car and I sat down with my salesperson and the sales manager and talked and came to and understanding. Monday I decided to pull the trigger and wanted to put a down payment of$500 on the car. Thursday I was told that my $500 wasn't good enough they wanted $1500. When I told them that $500 is all I had at the time to put down on the car I was told that they would get back to me that day and since then nothing, no call, no text, nothing. I tried to call and text nobody would answer me. So I returned the $500 to my family member and I guess I'm screwed.

BIG MISTAKE DON’T deal with this place
Got a 2023 Hyundai Palisade here
Paid 4000$ over invoice they said it’s the best car they sell…
19,000 miles the fuel rail goes out….
I have to have it towed, deal said they would see about rental car because I am a Provider and I can’t get to work, they never call me 4 days later. My car has to have a whole new fuel rail so it’s gonna be another week without car. Tried calling to see about a loaner and they won’t return my calls, today finally got through and the guy said I don’t know what to to…I don’t know our policy call back tomorrow

Now tomorrow once again I have no way to work and the dealership could care less about helping me get a Rental car. They were rude and basically said it’s my problem not there’s
I will be selling this car and getting new car as soon as it’s out of shop
Don’t deal with this place…

Bought this car on Mar 30, 23 ,lic tag expires 4/30/23 called the dealer they wanted me to drive about a 75 to 80 mile round trip to get a temp tag, insteading of sending me one overnight by fedex, I'm going on 83 years old to me thats a long trip. now I have a dr appointment next week to schedule me for surgery and no way to get there, it may be a couple three weeks before i receive the title and paperwork to have the car lic. My local county clerk informed me this morning there is nothing in the system yet about my title and paper work. For the dealer busines goes on sale has been made to them that's all that matters.

Terrible customer service experience
I ensured that I waited a week prior to posting as to not post rashly. I spoke with the new car salesperson for quite some time in preparation to purchase a new Hyundai Sonata. The salesperson finally told me that they had the vehicle I was looking for was allocated to their dealership. I offered a deposit to hold and received no response until he texted and said it had arrived. I told him I would leave Dayton Ohio immediately and it would take me about 2.5 hours to drive down.
I verified I would be bringing the proper form of down payment. The salesperson confirmed that they knew I was on my way. I arrived 20 minutes prior to the time I told the salesperson. When I found the salesperson I was speaking via text he said they had just sold the car I had driven from Dayton to purchase. I asked to speak to the manager who said they would not hold a car unless they had a deposit. I told him I inquired about a deposit and offered him the text chain. He looked at the text on his computer and said he saw what I was talking about but said there was nothing he could do for me. I drove my family 2.5 hours each way to purchase a car with not even a courtesy call when it was sold to someone else while I was driving. Not only did this cost me 60+ dollars in gasoline but over 5 hours out of our day. There was barely an apology no acknowledgement of wrong doing by the dealership. At the very least they could have offered something to make up for their terrible handling of the situation. Part of the reason I decided to drive down was the good reviews of this dealership. I am very upset and disappointed in the way we were treated.

Service took way longer than it should have
The service department employees are friendly but my experience was not necessarily a good one. When this facility was owned by Don Franklin the employees we’re extremely friendly and my maximum wait time was 45 minutes for an oil change, this past time through Cronin I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change in the waiting room.

Love this place, they are always so friendly and accommodating. This experience they actually were able to get me in for an oil change the same day, which by the way never happens. So happy for the service provided.

The appointment was easy to schedule online. When I got to the dealership I was greeted and the customer service was friendly and explain what they were going to do to my vehicle. The quality of work was excellent.

Amazing First Service On Our Sonata
This was our first “service” interval for our Sonata Hybrid. The whole process of using the app to schedule service, and the check-in process was effortless! In addition, I had questions, and the service team took the time to answer my questions. Very happy with how they run their sales and service operations!
