I appreciated their friendliness and the fact that they gave an honest assessment and did not perform work that was not needed. A different mechanic had said I needed the power steering fluid flushed and replaced but after checking it thoroughly JM said it was not necessary and everything looked good. So I appreciated they did not just do the work and charge me for it anyway. Honest, Integrity.
