The Shop Manager , Lance, Will lie to you about the progress and finish dates. This wasn't just a 1 time thing. My jeep has been in and out of there over 6 times and he never hit one finish date. Lance also put all of those mist dates on, in his words, " My mechanics aren't telling me what they need till after the work is done. So now its taking longer. ." another time, " Jason who is doing your lift didn't told me he was taking Friday off so now you wont get it back till next week. I cant believe Jason Thinks he can just take a day without telling me."
Now that its been there almost 4 months. and I've spent almost 15 grand. I am scared to have them keep working on it. This week I finally said. "I'm coming to get it." Didn't bother them a bit. They get to keep the money and I have to find a shop to still fix my Jeep. By the way. Coopers isn't a mom and pop place anymore. Its owned by Sun-Auto. A franchise that owns Greg's auto and Tini's tires and a bunch of other places around here. They're all doing this to people.
