Car Stolen from their lot. Poor service and unprofessional staff.
My car was stolen from their property. It was later recovered with exterior and interior damages. I was without it for months. I incurred many costs in the interim. When it was returned after the theft, the engine light came on and I was told by the dealer that they did not repair it correctly the first time and it had to go back in to be fixed. I finally got my car back, but I never received any compensation and their insurance company was unwilling to work with me. Their service was shoddy and unprofessional.
