Mike, thanks for the excellent service.
Today I took my car to Ricasa Automotive and Mike and Rod met me when I arrived. I explained that I went to the dealership for the $49 oil change and they found $4000 worth of repairs that they said were needed. Mike and I reviewed the estimate with me and send let me work on it.
He called me back in a few hours and said the car is done, everything taken care of. He recapped the estimate and fully explained each component that he inspected and corrected. I thanked him and asked “ Whats the total charge?” He said $133.
I have been with Ricasa Automotive for 12 years and this is the reason why. Great workmanship, great communication about the vehicle, and fair pricing for service and parts.
I highly recommend Ricasa Automotive to anyone, they have worked on every one of my cars, Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Acura and Nissan.
Mike and Rod Thank you again for the excellent work and saving me Thousands compared to the dealer.
Will see you next month for a checkup on the Lexus.

Jerry said they are very intelligent and know about vehicles. They are honest people and they fix it right the first time. The most important thing is, they charge a fair rate. Good honest mechanics are hard to find so he really appreciates them.

Could have been expensive, but…
I came in with noisy brakes that I was certain would require replacing. After some in-depth inspection the mechanic was able to offer a simpler and less expensive fix that another shop had quoted me a full disc and pad replacement. They say you pay more for experience but you also can save with too.

Quick, thorough service at an honest price.
Amazing service as always! Starter went up on my truck, Ricasa was able to get it back on the road within 24 hours. They even plugged a hole in my tire, after the repair, from a nail without charging me. Always honest and quick, I send everyone here!

New Rear Brakes - Not Rotors?
It was suggested that I needed new rear rotors and brake pads on my vehicle. Doubting the initial diagnosis, I took the vehicle to Ricasa Automotive to have it double-checked. Turns out, I only need new brake pads.

Mike and the team at Ricasa are honest brokers, for sure!
