I traded in a 2016 ford crew cab and purchased a 2021 ford ranger..waited 3 hrs to get into finance office. When i got called the paperwork was already done...they gave me me 25000.00 on my trade..when the vehicle was worth over 33000.00...then, they put a price tag on the 2016 of almost 35000.00..also, the finance manager added thousands of dollars of extra warranty that i never ask for....the sales manager, dane bell, acknowledged that i was underpaid on my trade...a car dealership should not be a criminal enterprise...dane bell said" its not against the law to make a profit" . Well, it is if you steal it...i was literally robbed of almost 10,000.00....they were laughing....stay away from coggin, they are dishonest crooked dogs....im not done with coggin, that, i promise......STAY AWAY.
