Run in the opposite direction. If you'll notice, their only other review is from 2011, and there was an ownership change several years ago. That was the last time any of their "employees" would speak to me. There's an enormous story here, and I don't have the time or the space to give all the dirty little details. I'll just say that after speaking with police, U-Haul, a former employee, and their answering machine-- I KNOW THAT I KNOW THAT I KNOW. Reputable businesses don't hide from their customers, nor do they threaten them.
