Online Booking
I booked through your new online reservation system. It allowed me to change the time up to the day of. When I changed it to an earlier time, I called the dealership to inquire about performing an additional service when I dropped off my car at 1 pm. The gentlemen that took my phone call was not interested in hearing my question or insuring that the additional service could be done. He was merely interested in how I was able to perform the change in appointment time online because they were already booked at 1 pm. He said that 1 pm was not available. I inquired if a time around them would be and he got annoyed and said he didnt know. He hung up and said he would call back. The gentleman called and said they would have a 1230 or a 130 available and after I selected the time he hung up never inquiring about why I called in the first place.

The timing and service were fine when I arrived to the dealership.
