THE BEST!!
Hands down…my overall experience purchasing a used vehicle at Chuck Olsen was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, the friendly customer service, thorough information provided, and comfortable feeling being at a dealership without “the pesky push of a salesman” is really how I ultimately made my final purchasing decision. The salesman “Ryan Maxfield” was on point immediately from the beginning. Within 30 min of my initial email to the dealership (in order to gather information on a used vehicle I seen online), Ryan contacted me promptly by phone. He has to be one of the BEST sales individual I’ve encountered in a long time. His outstanding personality made the phone conversation pleasant and smooth throughout the entire conversation. While asking a multitude of questions and expressing my concerns, never once did I feel rushed by him and he proceeded to answer all my questions eagerly and patiently. The very next day I took the long drive (which was worth driving the far distance) to the dealership to check out the vehicle I was interested in and honestly speaking, the car pretty much sold itself, but it was the remarkable customer service from each member at the Chuck Olsen team that over exceeded my expectations from a car dealership. I automatically felt like family. Never once did I get an awkward or uncomfortable feeling. Ryan even brought me a bag of popcorn after I made a comment that I was hungry ?. Once it was time to talk prices, Carlos (another awesome employee) and I effortlessly negotiated a price that worked perfectly for both him and I. He was reasonable, kept in mind my price range, and worked accordingly. Lastly, I met with Mark from financing, in which unsurprisingly, was greeted with a warm and friendly manner to conclude and complete the entire transaction. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY (you can see I cant stress that enough) recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about purchasing (or in my case trading in) a new or old vehicle. If, like me, other elements other than the sales pitch is important towards making your purchasing decision (like receiving nothing but the best client service), then I strongly suggest you go see for yourself not only the attractive and large selection of vehicles they offer, but also the amazing personalities of people at this location that work to fulfill the customers wants and needs. Thank you Chuck Olsen!!

Also, for those of you wondering if I may be a worker for this place, I absolutely am not. I’m just an overly eager customer who feels the righteous obligation to give credit where credit is due. These guys are awesome!
