truck repair
My truck was repaired fine. However, logistics was awful. They didn't inform me about any delays until last minute. I brought my truck to service 3 months later after accident because of waiting line but they told me that they don't have all parts yet. After 3 months? 2 weeks later they took my truck in and provided me with progress link. Progress app they sent me keep saying repair is going as scheduled and on the last day when my truck supposed to be repaired they call and said they need one more week to complete and then they called and told they need 4 more days. It was very frustrating. I don't think I'll do with this shop any business in the future.
