Love this shop!
My car was rear ended and CBW was the shop used. The staff was friendly and personable and repairs were done in a very reasonable amount of time. Upon picking up my car I found that it had been fully detailed inside and out. Not hoping for another collision but would absolutely use their services again?

Hussain la sadoon doesn’t follow thru with his job
First day they told me it was ready they forgot to change the damage tire not a big deal second day they said it was ready went and the fender wasn’t fixed good so let them know he’s like no problem we will fix that and a dent next to the door because of the poor work and your time next thing you know I have to pay for the damage he said he would cover it hussain la sadoon don’t trust him on his word to get things done the right way I had to call the dent destroy myself to schedule the appointment and get it Fixed because supposedly he couldn’t get a hold of him ….Fender (passenger -side) will be PDRid. Mmor dent above wheel well.

truck repair
My truck was repaired fine. However, logistics was awful. They didn't inform me about any delays until last minute. I brought my truck to service 3 months later after accident because of waiting line but they told me that they don't have all parts yet. After 3 months? 2 weeks later they took my truck in and provided me with progress link. Progress app they sent me keep saying repair is going as scheduled and on the last day when my truck supposed to be repaired they call and said they need one more week to complete and then they called and told they need 4 more days. It was very frustrating. I don't think I'll do with this shop any business in the future.

Truck body repair
Repair was done very good quality. The problem was with timing and communication and poor planning. They set a repair date 3 months after accident. However when I brought my truck they postponed it 2 weeks because supplier didn’t have all parts needed. Needless to say they moved completion date many times. Other than that it was excellent

The only place to go for auto body work
We brought our truck to Mike and his team to do some body work for us. We were going to file a claim through our insurance company for the damages. Our insurance company wanted to do it on the cheap and make us pay out of pocket to have the repairs done right and Mike went to bat for us documenting why they needed to make the repair the way that they did and our insurance company covered it.
They were very communicative and gave us updates frequently. They are awesome!

Dale said he has a good experience every time he deals with this business. He was very pleased with the quality of the repair. It was a small job. He dropped the vehicle off the night before, and it was ready by noon the next day.

Deidre said her vehicle was kept for 5 and a half weeks longer than expected, due to insurance delays. She had to call the facility for updates. For that reason, she was not satisfied with the staff's communication. Other than that, everything was beautiful. The people were sweet and nice. Pete explained the whole process, and put her at ease. The business did fantastic work.
