Still waiting it's been over 3 months promblem now they notice window and door broke need to put new claim in insurance but mechic has not put it in yet hope I get car soon it's a big burden

New Tucson
I had just bought my 4th. Hyundai. The salesman who helped me through the sales process was Brian T. It was a pleasure to work with him. He is kind, intelligent and very thoughtful. He even anticipated some things I had to do and had them done. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone interested in buying or leasing a Hyundai. There was no pressure to buy. He just answered all my questions. If you go to Centrsl Ave Hyundai, USE HIM. YOU WON’T BE SORRY

Atrocious business practices
My family and I drove nearly 2 hours after speaking with Mia who confirmed availability of the vehicle we had seen online. She was aware of the distance we were traveling to purchase the car and assured us the keys were on her desk. However when we arrived we were informed by a salesman that the vehicle was sold a day prior. We were lied to just to get us in the door and try and sell us a more expensive car. We were offered no apology or remorse that we had just wasted our entire day and money to travel there for nothing. Mia did not once come out from the back office and when I called her to question how this happened and why she flat out lied to us she simply hung up the phone with not even so much as an "I'm Sorry." These business practices are completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this lying deceitful dealership to anyone. Stay away!

worst experience ever
This is the worst dealership I have ever been to, service is horrible and they are all liars. I put down a deposit and it took me over 14 days to get it back.
when I called to inquiry about a refund, the manager told me I couldn't get my deposit back. what nerver.
Word of advise! go anywhere else but here. they are the worst i have ever been to.
Thank GOD I got a better deal at Koppel Hyundai in Queens, that I do recommend. from Frustrated consumer !!!

Our 7th Family Car
Our family has brought 7 cars from this dealership. Their customer service has always been excellent. On October 30, 2022 we purchased 2 cars from Libby who was an amazing sales person. She listened to our needs and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. Libby listens to what you are looking for and how to best finance your vehicle. She is not a pushy sales person, no pressure. very lay back sales approach. I would truly recommend her as the best sales person of the year.

No one will pick up the phone e
I was in last week to diagnose a problem with my vehicle. I need to schedule the follow up repair. After repeated phone calls for 2 days, I cannot get anyone in the service department to pick up the phone.

Do Not Go Here!
They preformed an emissions test that my car did not need. I was charged over $300 for this test. I usually have this done when my car is inspected. The guy who does the inspection charges me $27. I thought the dealership could be trusted but I was very wrong.

Standart Multi-Point inspection was not performed
The very next day after having my car serviced at Central Avenue Hyundai, I got stranded while shopping when my car would not start. I had to have my car towed from the shopping mall. I waited for 2 hours for the tow truck to come in the freezing cold during a snow storm. This may have been a blessing in disguise, though. The tow truck driver recommended a very good repair shop to me, Inwood Arch Automotive. The mechanics at this shop immediately noticed that my battery was in very bad shape and even leaking acid. They believe this may have contributed to the failure of the starter. Within 24 hours, Inwood Arch had my car ready for pickup with a new battery and new starter installed. And for a very fair price. With the premium prices I pay Central Avenue Hyundai, I find it unacceptable that they did not replace or at least mention the condition of my battery. Inwood Arch Automotive is very close to my home and very convenient to access. The men in charge, Adam and Johnny were amazing. Very friendly and service-oriented. Going forward, I believe Inwood Arch may be getting my business instead of Central Avenue Hyundai for my automotive needs.
