I've been happy with your service over the years, so much I recommended you to a friend, who brought her car in for it's 2,000 repair. But... after my oil change I did ask that my tires be set at 35 pounds.
When leaving I checked my car's computer, tires were the same as when I brought the car in. I ask the mechanic about this... he said, he had put air in, and my computer was wrong. Funny I took the air down the road and put air in myself. Checked the computer all four tires were now at 35 pounds each. This tells me your guy lied! It's the little things that can make or break you. I know Mark is out on medical leave, but I wonder if this would have happened with him there. If you forgot to put the air in just say that... no big deal. But don't make it seems like I don't know what I'm talking about. Thank you, Victoria Carter
