Fast forward to today, May 20th, the literal business day before my repair appointment. Adrienne, as he or she referred to themselves as, sends me a very long winded narrative on how they had a technician suddenly quit with no notice and now have to cancel all repair appointments that were scheduled for the 23rd (they actually were so proud to tell me when I went in for my estimate how they just hired on a new technician…guess he ran for the hills).
They then spent the next 2 hours and a half arguing with me in a drawn out text thread about how unprofessional they are to contact their customers at the last minute to inform them about something that important. Then decided to finally tell me to “take care” and have a better experience at another shop. If you like wasting months of your time and never getting your car fixed…come here!
