My repair was fine, but communication with this shop was terrible. Claimed we opted out of texts/emails, which we did not. “They could not fix their system” to send us updates via text, but we got a text later for a survey (hmmm). Was promised a phone call/ email on a specific day for an update, never got one and no one answered the phone 15 minutes before closing when I called. We live out of town, so needed time to arrange to get back to pick up the car, which they were told many times. Kept giving me a “under the best case scenario” timeframe. Then called me on Friday at noon to tell me the car would be done at 1:30. Not open Sat or Sunday either,
