Treats me like a friend

I came in for an oil change, but got an unfortunate surprise. My wiring had been chewed through by rodents. Bob went over my options and gave some good advice. I didn’t get all of the work done now because I needed to take care of the rodent problem in my garage first to avoid more damage. He suggested that I wait. That’s good advice for me, but it made my bill and his profit smaller. I appreciate Russ and Bob treating me kind of like a friend would.
