I appreciate how you all keep up with service bulletins from Honda. You knew that the issue with my car was a known issue from Honda. Because you keep up with the service bulletins, you knew how to address the problem and already had the tools and materials available to repair the car. The other shop I went to simply told me that they couldn't get "the part" and to go to the dealership. I prefer to get my car repaired at a local shop instead of the dealership. Thank you for your preparation and skills. I'll be back.
