Great honest service

Mike really went above and beyond to explain important things to me, even after passing state inspection. He explained how my usage of regenerative braking on my EV, and lack of hard braking with the pedal leads to buildup that can prevent my brakes from working well. My pads and rotors were barely worn, and even though that passes inspection, the evidence was that my brake pistons may not be fully activating. It’s an important safety issue that you’d only discover when you need to brake really hard. He even offered to drive me around to block to teach me how to do some hard brakes to loosen up the stuck pistons. His advice worked. This experience built a lot of trust with his service.
