I have been having a recurring problem with a fan switch part. They replaced the part earlier this year for a very reasonable price, and then again for free a few months later when it stopped working. After the second one stopped working, they not only replaced the part for free, but also replaced the fan motor, charging me their cost for the part and a trivial labor charge for the work. Wow! These guys are great!
