Good shop , one bad apple that could ruin your life
Great people work at this shop, great office staff, one huge problem is they have one technician that takes no pride in his work, each tech is given a work order to follow and the repairs are to be done to those orders, this Tech in particular rarely follows those orders, many times completed vehicles would leave the shop only to find out later that this tech put old damaged parts back on the vehicle after a parts room inventory was taken, many times those parts would be safety parts including bumper reinforcement bars which are connected to your frame rails, these parts per the manufacturer even with any damage whatsoever have to be replaced , they are tied in with airbag deployment, this tech has on many occasions left these parts off, management would continue to let this tech work here, everyone else at this location did a wonderful job and took a lot of pride in there repairs, if you take your car here it will be done correctly as long as David M doesn’t work on it,
