"OUTSTANDING SERVICE" - Pbamwill
Their are two men at this company that made our transaction outstanding. I live in Portland Oregon and I only emailed Bellevue Cadillac out of frustration after being jerked around from my local Cadillac dealers. My wife and I wanted to consider our option in purchasing a new Cadillac SRX5. This would be our third Cadillac purchase. We went into the dealers because of local advertisements and after going into the dealers and looking at several vehicles they sit you down and then tell you well those vehicles don’t fall under any advertised deals. They tried to convince us to purchase a different style/color/and options from what we wanted with the price being several hundreds of dollars a month over what we intended to pay. After a short time of emailing Bellevue Cadillac I received my initial email asking how they could help. I responded with what we wanted and within 24 hours we were given a few options of vechicles and prices on exactly the car/style/and color we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Their price was several hundreds per month less from what the Portland dealers were quoting us Two men Ronnie Byrd and Mark Anthony Lindwall stated if I was willing to take the 150+ mile drive they would take care of us. We decided to take our chance and we went up there. When we arrived you could feel the appreciation and respect from these men for us making the trip. When all said in done we purchased a car with more options than hoped for at a better price than expected. Obviously it was an exhausting drive and then combined with the purchasing process they offered to put us up in a hotel for the evening so we wouldn’t have to make that long drive home. WOW what service. We would make that drive twice over for the service this company and these two men Ronnie Byrd and Mark Anthony Lindwall provided. I just hope they are still there for my next purchase. Extremely happy!!
