As usual, the service work was good, no issue. But the waiting room was really just cold and I was not prepared for that. Got a bad headache after waiting ~2 hours for my car.
The other thing was, for the second times, the diag plug was left dangling, not plugged back to the socket. It is not a big deal, I fixed that myself. But that is a deduction for a shop known for customer service.
