Oil change
Had an 8am appointment today for an oil change. Kris very prompt and started the work right on time. 40 minutes later car was ready. He checked a spark plug. Okay for now but something to look at with next oil change.

Great Service
My car just recently came out of warranty and I wanted to find a mechanic I could rely on and trust. I decided to go to a few shops to talk to the owners and see their shops. Some of the shops I went to wouldn’t give the me time of day. I found Kris easy to talk with and he was upfront about his pricing. I recently had him do the 40K service on my car and I was impressed with his customer service and promptness of having the work done on my car. You’ve got a loyal customer, Kris! Thanks so much!

Great customer service
My entire family was originally going to the previous owners of Bay City Automotive before Kris took over. At first all of us were a little shocked the previous owners retired and we contemplated on continuing taking our cars to Bay City. After we spoke to Kris over the phone, we decided to give them a try. We are very happy we decided to give him and his team a try because we have gotten nothing but great customer service and mechanical work. Kris now has a new text service and now texts updates of your car. I personally feel that was a great customer service touch and I really appreciate easiness of getting car updates via text instead of phone calls.
