Salesman was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. Financial Director was another story. :(
I was told by Financial Director that I more of less had to get the warranty. Couple weeks later we agreed that they would take it off of my loan. The lender told me that I would receive a check for $2,000. Now my case in in limbo. Financial Director must have told them to not issue me a check and just put it at the end of my payments which means I am still paying for what I didn't want. So now have to go to State to find out what I can do at this point in time. Will never deal with this company again.
