Brunetts Kokomo Indiana is by far one of the MOST SHADY! trashiest, most ignorant, biggest piece of shit in this town. Maybe your business would be worth a damn if your people knew how to do a single job right. I literally left Burnetts spent like 1 1/2 hours trying to figure out why my truck still drove like a piece of shit and took it to Bell tire for a reevaluation and they immediately without even putting it on the alignment rack could tell that everything was 100% screwed up. It took Burnetts an hour and a half to mess my truck up even more and cause the front left wheel bearing to go out. Then turn around and say they aren’t the reason for that. I drove my truck for at least 35 miles on fresh parts that I put on myself and it made 0 noise. I leave there, it’s not in alignment like it should be and now I have ANOTHER BROKEN PART. Not to mention, he drove it 4 times, took all my gas. And worked on it in the parking lot twice. What kinda professional business is that? If you have 7 car bays. Why is my car being worked on from the parking lot? BURNETTS IS TRASH AN SO ARE THE PEOPLE. The man behind the counter wasn’t even trying to level with me. The dude was trying to reason with me as to why I was wrong of course.. don’t back someone up that clearly doesn’t care about their job. Makes you look just as bad. Please, if you care about your car at all. Don’t take it here!
